A shocking shooting rampage unfolded in the San Fernando neighborhood of Los Angeles late Saturday night. According to NBC Los Angeles, a 61-year-old man is in custody after allegedly opening fire on multiple victims and targeting a police helicopter during an armed standoff with law enforcement.
